ASSET MANAGEMENT

Physical assets - CCTV cameras, DVRs, air-conditioners, vehicles, PCs, routers, etc - can be uniquely set up and allocated to a specific site and location. 

If an asset is relocated the asset defined in the application can also be moved to a new site and location to mirror the real world and keep track of all assets. 

 

The assets can be allocated to one or many incident category e.g. security or maintenance, and calls can be logged against the asset when the combination of the applicable site, location and category is chosen.

The Incident Desk Asset Management module is completely integrated with the Incident Desk Smart Phone App, Mobile Worker and QR Code scanning functionality.

Users will be able to:

 

  • Load asset from their mobile devices

  • Complete the asset file and photos

  • Store the GPS location of the asset

  • Retrieve the file

  • Log new incidents or service requests related to the asset.
