Mobile Work Management

Incident Desk includes numerous work logging and management functions such as the ability to assign work to an individual(s) or teams and then log and record the work detail and duration of each resource involved in the task.

The Incident Desk smart phone app include the following mobile worker functions:

  • Real-time syncing of when a task is started, placed on hold or completed.
