Incident Desk has full communication and notification capabilities with e-mail and SMS options. Notifications can be sent to users who are allocated to the site at which the activity occurred. The user can choose to notify the selected individuals of the main incident or any updates to the incident either through SMS, email or both.
Incident Desk has full system email functionality.
Users are able to send emails directly from Incident Desk, automatically include numerous incidents in one email and attach or insert the relevant documents and photos.
