SITE VISIT MANAGEMENT
Verifying that site managers visit sites are important for all service management companies.
The Incident Desk Site Management Function assists companies in becoming more efficient by providing a fool-proof function to ensure that site visits occur.
The Incident Desk Site Management module is completely integrated with the Incident Desk Smart Phone App.
Users will be able to:

Click a designated Site Visit button once on site.

Incident Desk will verify the user GPS with the customer site location and access rights

If the user is not at a designated site he/she will receive an "Unauthorized site" message and not allowed to log a site visit.

If the user is verified as on-site, he/she will have the option to log a quick, automatic site visit; or
-
Log a site visit with more detail such as additional text and photos.
